Operated as independent contractor for East County Properties after ten-month training period. Specialized in industrial real estate sales and leasing in the areas of Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, La Mesa, Grantville, El Cajon, Santee, Flinn Springs, and Lakeside, CA. February 1991 – January 1993.

La Mesa Sunrise Rotary, La Mesa, CA:  Supported creation of thirteen banks in South America, which lends money to women entrepreneurs.  Provided financial support for the Mt. Helix High School Band, PolioPlus, Rotaract, and Rotary Scholarships. 1993 – 1996.
